DESCRIPTION:Raising capital is often presented as a rational process built on spreadsheets\, projections\, and polished pitch decks. In reality\, investment decisions are deeply influenced by psychology. Investors are human. They respond to narrative\, risk perception\, social signals\, and emotional trust just as much as they respond to data.   \nIn this highly interactive and intentionally fun workshop\, Garan Goodman explores the hidden psychological dynamics behind venture capital decisions. Drawing on decades of experience working with venture-backed startups and investors\, he explains how investors actually think\, what fears influence their judgment\, and how founders can recognize and adapt to different investor personalities.  \nParticipants will actively take part in the session\, with volunteers selected to step into the roles of different investor archetypes and challenge founders directly during the workshop.
