RentalOne is the all-in-one platform for landlords, service providers, and property managers. It brings tenancy management, finance, and service-charge settlement into one system, so private landlords and professional managers can run their portfolios without stitching together separate tools.

Founded in 2025 by Moritz Marx and Marc Jungfleisch and based in Merchweiler, RentalOne is part of the Frankfurt School Entrepreneurship Centre portfolio.
