keyota is a wireless access system for doors that works via mobile network – no Wi-Fi needed, easy to retrofit, and ideal for managing digital access via app, token, or PIN.

keyota offers a smart, wireless access control system designed for seamless retrofitting of doors in private and commercial properties. The system consists of the digital locks and the 5G bridge. No Cables or client WiFi is necessary.
Unlike conventional systems, keyota operates independently of local Wi-Fi or power infrastructure, thanks to integrated multi-carrier mobile connectivity and Narrowband IoT, ensuring stable operation even in basements or remote areas.
At the core is the my.keyota portal, where users can create and send digital keys in seconds, define access times, assign roles, and manage all permissions in real time. Access is possible via smartphone, PIN pad, or high-quality physical tokens.
With a RESTful OpenAPI and Webhooks, keyota enables full integration into third-party systems.
This allows automation of processes such as key generation after a booking or access control in large-scale operations. All data is end-to-end encrypted, hosted securely in Germany (Telekom Cloud), and fully GDPR-compliant.
